Harbor Dental accepts most dental insurance plans and is in-network with a wide range of providers. Our team is happy to help you understand your benefits, answer coverage questions, and walk you through payment options before treatment.
We also offer financing options and an in-office discount program to help make dental care more affordable and stress-free.

For patients without traditional dental insurance, Harbor Dental offers simple in-office discount plans.
Plan A
Classic Care
$120 Individual · $195 Family
A straightforward discount option for patients who want savings on eligible Harbor Dental services.
Plan includes:
- 30% off eligible in-office services
- Individual or family enrollment options
- No included preventive services
Plan B
Preventative Care
$405 Per Individual, Per Year
Designed for patients with generally healthy gums who need routine preventive dental care.
Plan includes:
- Two prophylaxis cleanings per year
- Oral cancer screening with cleanings
- Two dental exams per year
- Four bitewing radiographs
- Three periapical radiographs once per year
- Optional fluoride treatment discounted to $35
- 30% off other eligible in-office procedures and additional exams
Plan C
Periodontal Care
$635 Per Individual, Per Year
Designed for patients diagnosed with periodontal disease who require ongoing maintenance care.
Plan includes:
- Three periodontal maintenance cleanings per year
- Oral cancer screening with cleanings
- Two dental exams per year
- Up to seven bitewing radiographs
- Three periapical radiographs once per year
- Optional fluoride treatment discounted to $35
- 30% off other eligible in-office procedures and additional exams
- 30% off a fourth periodontal maintenance cleaning when clinically needed
Additional Savings
Not ready to enroll? Harbor Dental also offers 10% discounts for senior citizens 65+ and cash-pay patients, excluding other promotions.
Discount plans are not insurance and cannot be combined with insurance, other discount plans, or promotions. Some exclusions apply, including Invisalign®, night guards, Botox®/injectable treatments, and other promotions. Plans are valid for 12 consecutive months from the date of enrollment.
